Monday -- Run in morning
1.5 hours weights in afternoon
Tuesday -- Swim 1 hour am
Bike afternoon (20 miles)
Wednesday -- Swim 1 hour am, Swim 1 hour pm
Thursday -- Left for Salt Lake City
Friday -- 30 minutes elliptical/cross-country ski machine, Abdominals/yoga
Saturday -- 43 minutes running, treadmill
15 minutes stationary bike
Abdominals/Yoga
(This is the day I broke Josh. He vows to never workout with me again -- haha. We shall see!)
Sunday -- Drive home from Salt Lake City, put together my new bike (soooo purty)
